Welcome to NammaServiceBuddy. By booking a service with us (via website, phone, or WhatsApp), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Warranty

We take pride in our quality workmanship.

• 30-Day Service Warranty: If the same issue (related to our repair) reoccurs within 30 days, we will fix it for free. This covers labor charges only.
• Spare Parts Warranty: Any warranty on spare parts (e.g., compressor, motor, PCB) is provided by the manufacturer/brand. NammaServiceBuddy does not provide a separate warranty on parts unless specified.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Inspection Charge: A minimal visiting/inspection charge applies if you decide not to proceed with the service after diagnosis.
• Final Pricing: The technician will provide a final quote after inspecting the appliance/issue. Prices may vary based on the complexity of work and cost of spares.
• Payment Mode: We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), or direct Bank Transfer upon completion of the job.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after the technician has arrived at your location may incur a basic visiting charge.

4. Safety & Conduct

Our technicians are verified professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or if there is inappropriate behavior towards our staff. Similarly, we expect our partners to maintain high standards of conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

NammaServiceBuddy connects you with independent service professionals. While we vet them thoroughly, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the service.
